Our manufacturing  facility is over 4000sqm in size and is positive pressure.  We have a variety of machines and capabilities to manufacturer both wet and dry wipes as well as liquid filling machinery.  We have a high skilled workforce under the guidance of our Operations manager.  We run 2 shifts accross the day in order to meet customers demand.  Our facility also has a fully equipped engineering store and Quality laboratory.  A team of specialists conducts tests throughout  the manufactur ing process  to ensure each product consistently meets the required specifications and delivers uniform efficacy.

To ensure safety, efficacy and the highest quality  Delta-pak's manufacturing facilities follow the strict guidelines of current Good Manufacturing Practices, are AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 accredited.  We conduct regular meeting on Safety and quality with a number of key stakeholders in our organisation.

Delta-pak  conducts customer audits each year to support its expansive customer base.

Delta-pak's huge 100 metre long, 5000 square metre warehouse has capacity for 1800 racked pallets and over 4000 block stacked pallets.

Our fleet of electric reach forklifts load and unload containers and trucks via 4 roller doors. The daily arrival of B-double trucks, semi trailers and containers makes for a very busy warehouse.

The Delta-pak manufacturing area requires hundreds of pallet movements per day; Raw materials and finished goods are carried through either of the two rapid rise roller doors positioned on either side of the factory.
