• Non woven
  
  New product development experts have enjoyed recent improvements in the manufacturing of non woven materials. This durable, versatile and inexpensive fabric has laid the foundation for the development of many innovative products that we are now exposed to on a daily basis.
  
  Although many wipes originated in baby care applications, we can now develop the wipe that is right for you. Whether your interest is in baby care, personal care, household cleaning or industrial cleaning we can develop the right wipe at the right price to suit your application and customer.
  
  Additionally if your target market is environmentally conscious, we can develop products made from natural & biodegradable materials, sourced from sustainable forestry programs.

• Liquid / Gel formulation
  
  Our non woven wipes are combined with specially formulated cleaning or cleansing solutions designed to deliver a sensory experience whilst enhancing the effectiveness of the product.
  
  We can tailor a formulation to suit almost any application. Whether it is vitamin enriched moisturisers for baby and facial wipes, to disinfectants to kill germs in antibacterial wipes.

• Converting
  
  The possibilities are endless with the converting capabilities of modern equipment. DeltaPak is able to tailor a product to suit your individual requirements. Wipe size, folding options, stacking options, pack quantities, carton quantities and packaging presentation can all be modified to suit your target consumers and business requirements.
