Delta-pak embraces open communication amongst each and every one
of its employees and this is done through regular formal and informal
review that encompasses:
- Acknowledging and recognizing good performance
- Addressing and taking appropriate measures for poor performance.
- Eradicating improper behaviours.
Each employee should receive a formal performance appraisal from his/her manager at least 6 times per year . Incentive awards paid by the company are aligned to the relative performance of the business and peformance of the individulas.
We provide employees with on-the-job experience and training, and support their ongoing education. |
